A deposit of 50% of the total rental rate is required to hold reservations. The balance plus a $300 security deposit is due two weeks before check-in.

No pets and no smoking in condo.
Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before your arrival, half of your deposit will be refunded. If we are able to re-rent your dates, your deposit will be refunded in full less a $25 cancellation fee.
